Senior Digital Strategist (f/m/d)

Full time - 40 hrs / week in Vienna

Digital success needs holistic strategies and good leadership. As an experienced marketing strategist with a focus on digital brand management, you will lead our internal team of experts, manage external specialists and partner agencies, and guide our national and international clients to success.

What tasks are waiting for you?

As a direct sparring partner for our clients, you develop digital marketing strategies and coordinate their implementation together with our team and international partner network.
With your holistic marketing know-how, you analyze the digital potential of companies and derive direct recommendations for action.
You will support clients from the initial presentation and proposal to the successful completion of the project and will be responsible for the ongoing development of your accounts.
In project management, you keep track of all timings even in complex launch phases and ensure successful project execution.
As an operational team leader, you will ensure the continuous development of your 5-person team and be available for technical questions and feedback.
In close cooperation with the management you will not only work in- but also on the company and support the ongoing optimization of strategies and processes.

What should you bring with you?

You are experienced in consulting clients holistically and at eye level in digital marketing.
You are passionate about digital customer journeys and successful online marketing strategies and know how to develop, present and implement them.
You know how to plan campaigns in a data-driven way and what opportunities channels like Google, Meta and TikTok offer.
You have at least 4-5 years of relevant work experience in a comparable position.
Ideally, you have a degree with a focus on digital marketing or comparable training.
You work independently, have a structured approach and take responsibility for your tasks.
You are constantly developing yourself, have a pioneering spirit and inspire those around you with your passion.

For this position, we offer you an annual salary starting at €60,000 gross (full-time, 40h) with the possibility of overpayment as well as a performance-based participation model. We will agree on your actual salary depending on your qualifications and professional experience during the recruiting process.
