Office Assistant (f/m/d)

Part-time - 30 hrs/week, Vienna

You are our expert when it comes to the organization of office processes. You control our reception and are the first voice and face for our guests and suppliers. You enjoy taking on administrative tasks, assisting in accounting preparation, obtaining quotes and handling travel arrangements. You are a good fit for us if diversity is important to you, if you like to laugh, and if you work accurately and independently.

Your strengths

Ideally, you have a bachelor’s degree in business administration. It is much more important to us that you have professional experience in office management.
You are a reliable and responsible personality who likes to work independently.
You have a routine handling of MS-Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
You can communicate very well in German as well as in English, both verbally and in writing.

What tasks are waiting for you?

As soon as the phone rings, you don’t like to keep our customers waiting, you listen actively and quickly find out how you can help.
You are the first contact in person or by phone for all customer appointments, suppliers and service providers concerning the office (e.g. property management, technicians).
You keep track of all office supplies inventory and reorder supplies in a timely manner.
When planning and organizing all team events, you research event locations, compare offers and get the best deal for us.
For accounting preparation you will find the corresponding document for each entry.
You like to work independently and support the team in all organizational and administrative tasks.
Nice to have: Our office plants are happy if you have a green thumb.

The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is 1,233.97 euros gross per month for 30 hours / week. An overpayment is possible, we will agree on your actual salary together in a personal interview, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
